We celebrated my youngest son Jake's 5th birthday the other day. For those who don't know, Jake has Autism, PDD to be more specific. We have had a long, long journey, with so many hurdles we have fought and overcome since he was diagnosed at 2 1/2. He has come so, so far and we are so proud of him! I wanted to post some recent pictures. Friends, family, teachers, and therapists are amazed at the progress he has made over the past year. Twelve months ago Jake had just a few basic words in his vocabulary...now the words are countless!!
